In order to facilitate victims’ applications for reparations and/or participation in proceedings, the ICC has developed standard application forms to be used when applying to the Court.

Application forms now allow victims to apply for both reparations and participation in one form, should they wish to do so. There are two forms:

1. Application Form for Individuals: Application form to request reparations or participation in proceedings before the ICC for individual victims and persons acting on their behalf;

2. Application Form for Organisations: Application form to request reparations or participation in proceedings before the ICC for victims which are organisations or institutions;  

Application forms and booklets are available in English and French.

The application forms and application process are free of charge.
